Work has now commenced to rejuvenate and replant areas of the lavender collection. Spent plants of some stoechas varieties that give so much pleasure in spring are being removed and the mounds are being prepared for replanting in autumn. We expect this work to take two seasons to complete.

We incorporate the therapeutic values of lavender into the various toiletries, balms, aromatherapy treatments, sachets and gourmet products that our Master Perfumers create for sale Australia wide. An added bonus to view during late January is the distillation of the true perfumery lavender to extract the valuable pure essential oil using our custom designed & built still.
